Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Field Service Mechanic with a Heavy Equipment and Machinery company located in Phoenix, AZ. *Pay: $20–$40/hour (Based on Experience) *Location: Phoenix, AZ (Shop & Field Work with In-State Travel) *Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM *This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Key Responsibilities: •Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on automotive and diesel equipment. •Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. •Conduct field service calls for equipment repairs and maintenance. •Assist with shop duties, including parts replacement and equipment inspection. •Maintain accurate service records and documentation. •Ensure all work meets safety standards and company guidelines. Qualifications: •2+ years’ experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic. •Experience with hydraulics and welding is a plus but not required. •Ability to work both in the shop and on-site as needed. •Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). •Must pass a background check and drug screening. •Willingness to travel within Arizona for field service assignments. Skills and Competencies: •Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. •Excellent communication and teamwork skills. •Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
