Part-Time Personal Assistant & Housekeeper I'm looking for a reliable and highly organized individual to be an essential partner in managing my Venice home. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone to handle a mix of personal assistance, errands, and light housekeeping. If you love creating order, anticipating needs, and efficiently managing a variety of tasks, you could be a great fit. The Role at a Glance Pay: $28 - $35 per hour, based on experience. Hours: Approximately 2-4 hours per week, typically spread across 1-2 recurring afternoons per week. Schedule may include occasional opportunities for more hours based on weekly needs. I imagine Thursday or Friday afternoon will be one of the recurring timeslots in the near-term. Location: Venice, CA. All errands will be local. Mileage will be reimbursed. What You'll Do Household Management & Meal Prep: Perform light housekeeping, including doing 1-2 loads of laundry per week. Assist with weekly meal prep (e.g., washing fruit, preparing simple proteins). Maintain household appliances by cleaning and refilling them as needed (humidifier, air filters, etc.). Errands & Shopping: Complete a regular grocery run, including washing and putting away all items. Manage dry cleaning drop-off and pickup. Handle other miscellaneous local errands, such as taking the car for a wash. Administrative & Coordination: Manage incoming packages and process any necessary returns. Schedule and coordinate with home service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and be the main point of contact for the landlord. Occasionally greet guests or technicians at the home. You're a Great Fit If... You have excellent organizational and time-management skills. You are a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs without much direction. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. You are tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling apps, email, and texts. You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record. You have a keen eye for detail and a "no task is too small" attitude.
