We are searching for a skilled detailer to add to our team. In this position, it will be your job to perform a variety of cleaning services to the interiors and exteriors of our fleet vehicles. Your duties will include performing basic inspections and washing vans. In addition, you will also be tasked with vacuuming, deodorizing the interiors of vans, and more. Pressure washer and other supplies are provided. To do well in this position, you will need to be physically capable of performing manual labor while standing for the majority of your shifts. You should also have the ability to do quality work with minimal supervision. We prefer candidates who have previous experience with detailing cars. Field Technician will apply their skills as necessary to perform quality work on time and at or under budget. Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees. Safety and Requirements • Keep all job sites clean and in order. • Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. • Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at office.
