The ideal candidate will have experience on a commercial construction jobsite with knowledge of landscaping processes such as sequence of work, and means and methods of jobsite tasks. Landscape Crew Member Responsibilities: -Able to perform manual labor as required. -Attend safety meetings and maintain a culture of safety. -Utilize trenchers and other equipment to complete the job. -Install shrubs, trees, sod, edging, various mulches, perform site grading. -Prepare areas and install pavers or retaining/free standing walls. -Install irrigation system components such as pvc pipe and sprinkler heads. -Notify supervisor of equipment and material needs. Landscape Crew Member Qualifications: -Authorized to work in the U.S. -1 year of commercial landscape experience. -Able to take direction from Landscape and Irrigation Foremen. -Positive attitude and willingness to work hard. -Be a critical thinker and or "outside the box" with tasks. -Reliable transportation to the jobsite. Day Porter (2-3 days per week) 9am-2pm (flexible start) This is a shared position with another Day Porter on opposite days. Essentially a Day Porter is responsible for making sure our client's building looks professional, clean, presentable and inviting at all times, especially between regular cleanings performed at night by additional staff. Day Porters will work amongst our clients' but act discreetly and not interfere with clients' daily operations. Day Porter will be in charge of refreshing bathrooms (cleaning mirrors, sinks, toilets as needed, paper products refilled, trash removed etc.) cleaning coffee stations, wiping cafeteria tables- general trash removal from these areas, vacuuming cafeteria, entryways as needed throughout, putting away supplies in supply closets as needed, etc. This is a wonderful property that we take care of, they treat us all very well.
