We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Groundskeeper for our 281 unit apartment community located in Bellevue, WA. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-webbing corners, power-washing areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents! Schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 8am to 5pm Our Ideal Candidate: Six months of prior work experience in any field Ability to read, write and communicate in English Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills: Internet and email Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality Must be reliable and dependable.
