We are looking for a candidate with a team-player attitude and a can-do mindset to operate a 14-wheel dump truck with an equipment trailer. Experience with pool excavation and demolition is a plus, and will lead to quicker advancement in pay. SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer matching (after two years of employment) **Driver Responsibilities** - Fill the dump truck and machines with diesel. - Load and unload machines. - Load materials needed for the job. - Grease machines. - Transport materials from job sites to a landfill or designated location. - Clean up the job site. - Report any maintenance needs for the dump truck or equipment. - Work some Saturdays. - Demonstrate strong communication skills. - Troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively. - Ability to load the dump truck with a skid steer while on the job site is preferred. **Driver Requirements** - Valid CDL Class A and medical card. - Clean driving record for the past 39 months. - Clean background. **Laborer Responsibilities** -Able to do hard physical work. -Assist with loading and unloading machines. -Assist with loading up materials needed for the job. -Trimming pool walls. -Cleaning up the job site. -Wet job site as needed. -Working some Saturdays. **Laborer Requirements** -Experience running a skid steer is preferred, but not necessary. -No experience is necessary. -Clean background. Starting pay for drivers is $25/hour, and laborers is $20/hour. Imperial Excavating is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
