This role includes a Saturday shift and one late shift until 7 or 8 PM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule patient appointments efficiently. - Check patients in and out of the office. - Process patient payments. - Make confirmation telephone calls. - Enter and maintain patient notes in our computer system. - Handle scanning, filing, and chart management. - Ensure the office is organized and well-stocked. - Perform clerical and secretarial duties as needed. - Take vital signs and assist with other tasks assigned by the medical staff.
