Requirements: - 2 years minimum of New York restaurant experience/Sushi Chef experience - Able to provide excellent customer service for our guests - Maintain all kitchen/sushi bar station work areas, to remain clean and organized at all times - Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various sushi techniques, such as cutting, slicing, rolling - Strong knowledge of different types of fish and other sushi ingredients - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - This individual must be consistent under pressure
