Seeking an experienced, full time prepared foods/deli counter employee Working in a European inspired culinary icon as part of a high quality prepared foods department. Prior experience in the NYC food scene is a big plus. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, working with a discriminating clientele. Capability of hand slicing smoked salmon and using a deli slicer a big plus Attention to detail very important Includes weekends and evenings!

We are seeking an experienced line cook to work in Balboa Park at Panama 66. please read the whole ad before applying. **You MUST be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 5 shifts per week, full time. The days off are Wednesday and Thursday. We guarantee that you will not make less than $26 an hour with tips (our cooks average $27-29 an hour) and you will likely make MORE on busy days. If you have the experience we are looking for we will pay you $20 an hour. Tips are on average another $7-8+ an hour. Most of our cooks are bringing in $27-29 an hour.
