Responsibilities include: Remove fat and trim from steak primal cuts. Fill out paperwork which includes temperatures, times, and weights. Use a barcode scanner to input carton data. Occasionally operate packing machine, open boxes and vacuum sealed bags. Occasionally left up to 60# boxes. Maintain equipment and PPE. English and Spanish preferred.
