Take food and beverage orders Deliver meals and drinks promptly. Offer menu suggestions and upsell where appropriate. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly. Clear and reset tables. Ensure a clean and welcoming dining area. Host Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Manage waitlists and reservations with professionalism. Assist with takeout and delivery orders. Escort guests to tables and accommodate special needs. Keep entry and seating areas clean and organized. Provide menu information and assist servers as needed. Cook Duties Prepare and cook meals following recipe and presentation standards. Set up and clean workstations and equipment. Ensure ingredient quality and proper storage. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Communicate with the team to maintain timely service. Dishwasher Duties Clean dishes, flatware, kitchen appliances, and cookware. Help reset and prepare tables. Take out trash, rinse bins, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Support with receiving and storing deliveries.
