Job description Eden Restaurant Group is seeking a talented Grill Cook to join our team. We are a team of professionals who have tons of experience working together and within the hospitality industry. Aiming for our food to be sleek, clean and impactful when it hits the guests table. Everything from our decor/design to our menu is chosen to have a great guest experience in mind. Lots of work and love has been poured into this project this far and we are seeking a few more key players to join our team! Please read more about the position below Qualifications: Proven experience Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Responsibilities Prepare and create a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in preparation Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all food served Assist with menu planning and development of new dishes Provide excellent customer service by taking special requests and accommodating dietary restrictions. We're looking to hire several HOST's/Take-Outs for our Cracker's and Co. Cafe, located at 1325 N. Greenfield Rd. Mesa. That's the north east corner of Greenfield and Brown rd., Mesa Az. You're a critical part of the restaurant as you establish the "First Impression" of the restaurant, control the flow of business and ensure all guest's receive great service. Crackers Cafe is a locally owned group of family style, full-service sit-down restaurants. It's a well-established company, being in business over 41 years with a very a large number of loyal, repeat and wonderful customers. We serve breakfast and lunch only, so there is NO late nights. Usually everyone is out of the building by around 3pm. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have FULL TIME AVAILABLITY as we're open seven days a week and we prefer prior restaurant host experience BUT will consider training the right person without experience. Who's the right person? The "right" person is someone 18 years of age or over, has FULL TIME AVAILABLITY, with a natural warm personality, smiling and outgoing, who sincerely loves working with people. This is a fun job if you sincerely love working with people and comfortable in crowds. In this job, switching between hosting to take-outs makes your day go by fast and, although this generally not considered a tipped job, it does have a potential to earn some tips. The more you treat your guests with a genuine smile, are able to help thru excellent menu knowledge and build relations, know their names and preferences , the more they will love you and the better chances of getting tipped. Me and my gals are looking for someone to join our house cleaning team immediately! Must be reliable, have a cell phone, reliable transportation and valid drivers license. We clean monday through friday daytime hours. At this time we are offering a part time position with growth to full time.
