Dishwasher -Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. -Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and trash management. -Support kitchen staff during peak hours while maintaining sanitation standards. Minimum Qualifications -Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol (Fieldwork Associate and Manager-on-Duty positions). -Prior hospitality or kitchen experience preferred. -Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). -RBS certification required for alcohol-serving roles. -Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. -Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation and Classification -Fieldwork Associates: $17.87/hr + tips -Manager-on-Duty: $19.87/hr + tips (depending on experience) -Kitchen Associates: $20.00–$23.00/hr + tips (depending on experience) -Dishwashers: $17.87–$20.00/hr + tips All positions are non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California labor laws. Looking for experienced prep cook and dishwasher to join our busy seafood and cocktail bar. Ideal candidate will be able to maintain clean works spaces and keep up with assisting line cooks with necessary prep while also keeping dish pit clean and organized. Will be comfortable cleaning and or prepping outside of kitchen on occasion as well as assisting line with restocking products during service, getting ice from the ice machines and helping keep FOH stocked with glassware and silverware. Candidate must also be willing to learn how to shuck oysters and occasionally assist raw bar.
