Description

Join our team and help us grow our savory program! This role includes prepping all components from scratch for assembling frittatas, sandwiches, salads and more. There's ample room for creative input and seasonality as we expand our breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings. We're looking for a self-starter who's reliable, receptive to professional feedback and excited to grow with our tight-knit team. The ideal candidate should have solid knife skills, a positive attitude, and a love for cooking. Professional kitchen experience preferred but not required. The shifts are Fri - Sun, 7am - 3:30pm with potential for this role to grow into a full-time position. Benefits include paid time off, free mental health care, free coffee and tea and a generous staff discount. Full-time staff also receive vacation pay, short-term disability insurance, and a health insurance stipend for our company plans. Base pay is $12-15/hour depending on experience. Tips are split evenly among hourly staff and average an additional $4-8+/hour (higher for weekend shifts).
