Schedule: Approximately 3–4 days per week Hours: Flexible daytime schedule (about 15–25 hours per week) Compensation: $30–$38/hour depending on experience (see below) ⸻ About the Role We are seeking a highly responsible, organized, and proactive House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence with pets (dogs and cats). This individual will coordinate household staff, manage property maintenance, and ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate house staff (housekeepers, gardeners, pet caregivers, etc.) • Ensure the residence is consistently clean, well-maintained, and organized • Manage outside vendors and contractors (repairs, landscaping, deliveries, etc.) • Handle household supply inventory and procurement • Care for family pets: coordinate feeding schedules, grooming, vet visits, and exercise routines • Oversee basic administrative tasks, including scheduling maintenance, filing invoices, and communicating updates to the homeowner • Support occasional event or guest preparation when needed ⸻ Qualifications • Prior experience as a house manager, estate manager, or executive housekeeper strongly preferred • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to exercise good judgment when working independently • Comfortable managing and supervising household staff and service providers • Pet-friendly — must enjoy working around dogs and cats • Bilingual in English and Chinese an absolute requirement • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ⸻ Compensation & Employment Terms • Hourly rate: $30–$40/hour depending on qualifications and references • Guaranteed minimum weekly hours for stable income (to be mutually agreed upon) • Long-term, part-time position with potential for expanded responsibilities over time ⸻ To Apply Please send your resume and a short note introducing yourself, your background, and your availability.
