On-call rotation required (one week every three weeks after training completion). JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with extensive hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, pools/spas, painting, drywall repair, and appliance installation/repair. This role is based primarily at our Gresham property with occasional support at other locations. A reliable personal vehicle is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prioritize and complete maintenance service requests to meet deadlines - Address routine maintenance concerns, including minor repairs and general upkeep - Perform painting and drywall repairs efficiently and professionally - Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal - Identify and address safety issues, performing necessary corrective measures - Respond promptly to resident service requests with exceptional customer service - Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities - Monitor maintenance parts and equipment inventory - Ensure compliance with health and safety laws to protect residents and team members REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Extensive experience in building maintenance or related field - High School Diploma or GED - Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance - Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry, and mechanical systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively - Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces - Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds If you're a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in your work and genuinely cares about the residents you serve, let's talk.
