The ideal candidate will not only be comfortable working directly with owners and residents, but also possess the strong customer service, communication skills, and professionalism the job requires. SUMMARY: Coordinates daily operations of the maintenance, vendors, and major maintenance projects, which includes constant communication with property supervisors, property assistants, vendors, and property owners when necessary.
