Path Construction seeks a qualified Project Manager to join our organization in the Chicago, IL area on our Heavy Highway Team. We are a growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Scottsdale, AZ; Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; and Tampa, FL working on projects throughout the United States. The right candidate will have 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, Tollway and/or Heavy Highway experience is preferred.. Path is looking for people with great technical skills, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Duties for Project Managers include: Leading and managing a project team in building a successful project, managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, cost control, scheduling, tracking submittals, safety controls, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality. Position Overview: The Operations Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and conducting Capacity Path operations, including in house on the corporate side and when needed, engaging with and supporting our active disaster response field missions, recovery projects, and daily activities, ensuring they are efficiently managed and adequately supported. This position is essential for maintaining optimal technical, technological, and tactical performance.   Warfel Construction Company is currently searching for a Project Manager to join our team based in East Petersburg, PA. Primary goals for a Project Manager (PM) will focus on providing ongoing customer satisfaction, assuring repeat business and keeping the project on schedule & on budget. Meeting those primary goals will be accomplished by building a good project team internally and externally. Scheduling and purchasing with input from internal resources (superintendents and estimating) are critical in getting the project started properly. Recordkeeping, correspondence, and communication throughout the project hierarchy is the responsibility of the PM, whether delegated or performed directly. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Overall Client Satisfaction. Communicates with Client and Design Team in a proactive, timely, and efficient manner to promote Clients For Life mission. Provides Leadership to multiple projects and project teams. May run jobsite meetings with various parties. Requirements Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a four-year degree majoring in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar program, or similar related career experience. 6+ years of experience on construction projects similar to those of Warfel Construction Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar. Experience should include client relationship management, budget and schedule management and team management / leadership.
