We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Technical Consultant with extensive experience in US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP HR code development and a deep understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules. This role involves designing and developing custom HR-ABAP programs, working with PNP/PNPCE logical databases, and enhancing payroll processes. • Experience: 9-15 years in payroll technical consulting. • ABAP HR Development: Proficient in ABAP HR code development. • Custom Programs: Design and write HR-ABAP custom programs; modify standard programs as needed. • Database Programming: Experience with PNP/PNPCE logical databases and cluster programming for Core HR, payroll, and time management. • Core HR & Payroll Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules, including schemas, functions, and operations. • HR Tables/Clusters: Familiarity with HR, Core HR, and Payroll tables/clusters; experience in developing reports/BDC in the HR module. • Payroll Processes: Strong experience in Core HR and payroll processes, including preparing payroll reports. • Reports & Interfaces: Design and develop reports, interfaces, info types, and enhancements. • Team Development: Guide and develop team members to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity. • Forms Experience: Hands-on experience with SMART forms and HR forms. • User Exits & BAPIs: Proficient in user exits, BADi, and BAPI. • OOPS Concept: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. • Technical Documentation: Experience in requirement gathering, designing technical documents, unit testing, and code review. • Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in payroll technical consulting with a focus on US Payroll. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Expanding business currently looking for workers (part or full time, preferential consideration given to full) who are interested in getting paid to assist in the examination, testing, cosmetic grading & repair, when necessary, of consumer electronics such as video games accessories (controllers, headsets, racing wheels & more), video game consoles, and other assorted consumer electronics. The job does not require a significant amount of experience however preferable candidates will have a basic knowledge of how to work consumer electronics one might find in the home. The position will require identifying an item's functionality, denoting if there's a deficiency in this regard, determining if the item is missing accompanying accessories, and prospectively performing some light repairs (training will be provided). This is a ground floor position as there are significant growth opportunities possible (dedicated repair technician(s), senior inspection line management & more may become available in time). Candidates are expected to be reliable, accountable, hard working and committed team players. Preferred candidates will be full time but we are also entertaining part time with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week. First come, first considered.

7+ years of experience on Salesforce platform and implementation experience Primary Skill & Exp: 1. Must have handled a minimum of 8-10 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform. 2. Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning component framework etc. Knowledge of advanced lightning components, Chatter API etc. 3. Minimum 3.5 years of lightning implementation experience 4. Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development. 5. Must possess at least one developer certification. 6. Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model. 7. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to right clean, well-refactored maintainable code. 8. Experience on Salesforce1, Salesforce mobile will be an added advantage 9. Experience in integrating SFDC with SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft Dynamics 10. Experience using GIT and VS CODE in DEV OPS process. Responsibilities: 1. Technical Design and Delivery of Salesforce.com applications. 2. Technical thought leader for the Capgemini salesforce practice 3. In collaboration with the functional team, blueprint the technical design for the salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, non-functional and integration needs of the application. 4. Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process. 5. At the end of the test phase, responsible for delivering a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client.
