Description

Perform task to assist in a family home environment for elderly male quad of 71 year old. Family home is mostly taken care from other members in the household. Services like basic cleaning in the home is maintained by family and a few things will be maintain by extra help. Other responsibilities will be taken care of will be by other members in the home. During these time frames the elderly male must have assistance and companionship. These are the requirements: ■ Must enjoy conversation and social engagement ■ Easy-going environment ■ Light workload but specific medical skills required: - Learn how to self cath ■ Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming ■ Perform general light household tasks ■ Assist with supportive mobility in and out of bed ■ Assist with individual bowel and bladder problems ■ Light meal preparation on a daily ■ Check vital signs (temperature, pulse and blood pressure) ■ Willing to learn on the job ■ Report to and maintain communication with the nurse Qualifications: □ Be at least 20 years of age □ Female (preference of sister needs) □ Teamwork □ Prefer English speaking □ Ability to lift 50 pounds □ Pass background check □ Provide Resume Benefits: ■ Average 6 to 8 hours shifts ■ Paid new hire orientation and training ■ Direct Deposit or Money Network Service must be set up ■ Average Salary $15.28 per hour ■ Benefits will be explained in face-to-face interview ■ There is a Registered Nurse for extra help Physical Setting: • In a private home • Outpatient • Up to 40 hours per week References: Cynthia Sandoval RN (505) 553-6579 Mary Ann Krause, Sister (505) 615-6201 Please Reply with Resume.
