Haig Precision Manufacturing Corp is hiring a skilled CNC Technician / Programmer for our 3-axis mills. You’ll program and run parts using Mastercam, set up jobs, troubleshoot tooling and hold tight tolerances for small-run and production parts. Strong CNC setup experience, Mastercam skills, and a quality mindset required. Monday-Thursday position (32hr weeks, pay is determined based on experience) What you’ll do - Create and edit CNC programs in Mastercam for 3-axis milling machines. Himalayas - Set up and run CNC mills: install fixtures, select tooling, set offsets, prove out programs. - Read and interpret prints and GD&T; produce parts to print tolerances. - Troubleshoot tooling, machine issues, and optimize cycle time/feeds & speeds. - Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to meet delivery schedules. Must-have - At least 2+ years hands-on CNC setup/running experience (3-axis mills). - Proficiency programming in Mastercam (creating toolpaths, post-processing). - Comfortable working from 2D drawings; basic measuring (calipers, micrometer). - Reliable, safety-first attitude and team player. to apply please email resume and 2 Professional References and 1 Personal Reference.
