RESPONSIBILITIES: Locate property, take supporting photos and answer script on app downloaded to your mobile device Complete inspections to our client expectations Stay current with inspection due dates and requirements Travel to properties using own vehicle Professional appearance and conduct REQUIREMENTS: Mobile phone (iPhone or Android) with camera functionality; ideally 4G Black & White printer Reliable desktop/laptop with high speed internet access Valid Driver’s license Clear background check Reliable and fuel efficient vehicle BENEFITS: Flexible schedule- Inspectors set their own schedule.
