Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial properties according to site maps and instructions. Arrive on time and prepared for each shift, ready to work extended hours during severe weather events. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during snow events. Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders.
