Panel Repair Technician • Diagnose and replace defective parts on Panel units • Fully clean and prep repaired units for shipment • Palletize units securely for transportation • Unload incoming units and inspect for damage • Safely move and position heavy equipment (100+ lbs.) as needed • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks for material handling • Maintain clean and organized workspace and warehouse areas • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure adequate supply levels • Follow all safety procedures and company standards • Collaborate with team members to meet daily repair and shipping goals Requirements: • Must be able to show up on time Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm • Great attention to detail • Enthusiastic • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly. • Comfortable with power drills • Room for advancement and growth

Must be available 24/7, including holidays and weekends. Expect to work flexible & sometimes long shifts (weather dependent). We service properties after 1" of snow (Typically run 6 - 8 hour routes for 1 inch or more). Must have valid insurance and driver's license. Report to upper management/regional supervisor any issues or concerns that may arise during shift. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Commercial Plowing Experience is required. Familiarity with smartphone and tablet technology. Must be comfortable with communicating through email, text and other messaging systems. Must be able to prove prior experience.
