Deliver great user experiences: Support Windows/macOS, common peripherals, printers, and conferencing gear. SaaS & identity basics: Provision/deprovision users, mailboxes, and groups in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace; assist with MFA/SSO enrollments.
