This position focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer-returned products and Core Systems–built servers. Resume Required. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on returned computer systems, servers, and components. Process RMA units through inspection, testing, and documentation.
