You'll pick up and deliver to many of the same customers. You will get home on the weekends - typically for 48 hours. You'll likely get a choice of when to leave the house to return to work - either get home on a Friday and leave on a Sunday or get home on Saturday and launch on Monday. We strive to get you home with a load so you'll know well in advance where you're going when you head back out. You can add to your income as a Driver Trainer (As of November 2024, Roehl Driver Trainers with at least one year on the job are averaging an extra $13,600 a year in trainer pay!) or referring other drivers to Roehl, and we pay you for services many other companies overlook. Requirements: - Valid CDL Class A/B Driver's License for Flatbed Work and Class B for Dump Truck - Previous experience operating flatbed trailers or Dump Truck (2 years experience minimum) - Load securing techniques a must!!! (CHAINING, STRAPPING). - Ability to perform truck and trailer safety inspection. - Availability for local, regional trips, depending on company needs. - Clean driving record. - Experience with the Quarries in the area.
