THE STANDARDS (Non-Negotiable): - 10+ hours drive time daily (we track this) - Answer Dispatch (we track this too) - Submit your paperwork (no exceptions) - Run the load, don't let the load run you. THE MONEY (Real Numbers from Real Drivers): - Odometer Miles. - Bonused monthly on Miles. - Bonused weekly on Drive Time. - Paid for inconveniences: detention, stops, etc. Bottom Line: Expect $2k+ paychecks weekly. THE CATCHES (Read This Twice): - You're 1099.
