We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Airport Shuttle Driver to transport customers safely and efficiently to and from the airport, while delivering a top-notch welcoming experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have strong driving and communication skills and take pride in delivering a positive first and last impression for every customer. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Basic computer skills. • Previous experience in passenger transportation or shuttle driving is a plus. • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. • Proficient in English • Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and airport procedures. • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage as needed. • State certified DOT drivers certificate allowing legal operation of airport shuttles in and around the airport. Work Environment: • Primarily operates a shuttle vehicle in varying weather and traffic conditions. • Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. We are looking for wheelchair van drivers and normal van drivers to do NEMT work in the Merrimack Valley and Worcester areas. You should have a clean driving record and a license that's from Massachusetts or a state that is contiguous with Massachusetts(boarders).
