This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment where precision is at the core of what we do. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate all manual machines to produce tooling, gages, and production components. • Machine precision components to exacting tolerances and dimensions. For intricate parts (lengths ranging from 0.25” to 4.00”; material thickness from 0.002” to 0.063”) with tight tolerances (+/- 0.002” to +/- 0.010”). • Design and manufacture both hard and soft tooling for multiple departments using tool room equipment such as surface grinders, lathes, and mills. • Set up and operate Punch Press or Kick Presses machines. • Perform First Article Inspections and verify parts using precision measuring instruments. • Interpret prints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine operations, sequence, and setup. As a Fabricator/Installer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing, cutting, polishing, installing and preparing slabs of materials such as Quartz, Granite, Marble, etc. for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools, operating heavy equipment, and working with various masonry materials.
