Description

We need someone to replace me because I'm moving down south. I'm a workhorse. I'm the guy who makes sure all the cars are clean and looking good. I overlook every aspect of what needs to be done to keep the place running as smooth as possible. I fix all the little things that need to be fixed constantly. You cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty. You need to have lots of energy and willing to work full time (5 or 6 days per week). We are a small used car dealership with approximately 30 cars on location. You will be running the dealership and doing everything needed to keep it successful. You will be doing a lot of detailing cars, returning messages, following up with customers, and selling cars, along with many other things. We need someone who is EXCELLENT at detailing cars. If you don't know how to sell cars, we can teach you how. We'll teach you everything that you will need to know to be successful. We want you to run it and care about it as if it was your own dealership. We are open 10am to 7pm Mon - Sat and 11am-6pm Sun. Here are some examples of the things you'll be doing: 1. Selling cars/dealing with customers (ie. filling out all applicable paperwork) 2. Taking and making sales calls along with returning emails and messages 3. Cleaning cars (inside and out) 4. Keeping the dealership clean (inside and out) 5. Dropping cars off and picking them up at different locations 6. You must be able to park and move the cars around in very tight spaces 7. You must be able to drive a car with a manual transmission 8. Shoveling snow in the winter 9. Dropping off and picking up paperwork at the Registry 10. Taking pictures of cars and loading them onto our website 11. Checking fluids 12. Etc. Etc. (there is always something to do) How you are paid: Commission of $500 per car you sell, plus 25% of profit on warranty's you sold, plus $150 for each car you detailed inside and out and pictured.
