This is a clear and defined program that will be discussed at length in the interview. • Paid Monthly: All performance payouts are calculated and distributed on a monthly basis, so you see rewards right away. • Year-One Earning Potential: With strong performance, first-year total compensation is projected to exceed $170,000.
