Painter w/Experience - DOE or $65k per year + Benefits (Las Vegas)

CED, a growing Electrical Distributor in Antioch, is looking for a smart, hardworking individual to make deliveries to our customers in one of our 16-foot stake bed trucks. No special driver license is needed - a standard driver license is sufficient. As a driver, you will be working in our warehouse and acting as a backup to our five regular drivers. In case one of our drivers were unable to work, you will be trained and ready to hop in one of the trucks to make sure our customers' needs are met. Eventually, you will likely take over your own route. We are seeking a self-starter, problem-solver, and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day operations at a busy commercial property. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and able to manage a wide range of maintenance tasks and must be able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative. Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (weekends when needed) Must be flexible to stay late, work different days if needed, and respond to emergency calls Job Responsibilities: -Electrical and plumbing repairs -Basic HVAC maintenance (Cooling Tower knowledge a plus) -Flooring, painting, drywall repair, and make-ready prep -Lock changes, basic landscaping, cleaning, and janitorial tasks -Standard carpet cleaning and floor treatment -Preventive maintenance & accurate tracking of service tasks -Knowledge of domestic pumps, mechanical, and life safety equipment strongly preferred -Other duties as assigned Qualifications -2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (Commercial, Residential, or similar environment) -Strong customer service and communication skills **Reliable transportation required** Bilingual a plus (not required) Certifications/Licenses are not required but will be considered a plus Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely -Work in standing, crouching, or climbing positions as needed -Comfort working at heights with proper safety equipment **Flexibility to work weekends and respond to emergencies when required** The Right Candidate Is: -Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing -Detail-oriented, responsible, and a problem-solver -Able to take initiative under supervision without constant direction
