Definition: The Greens Keeper performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; This includes the operation of hand tools, small hand powered equipment, and light motorized equipment as necessary. Typical functions: The Greens Keeper: Operates mowers and string trimmers in the maintenance of putting greens, tee’s and fence lines; Rakes and maintains sand bunkers; Maintains water coolers and empties trash receptacles. Performs regular maintenance of annual planting beds. Maintains fuel levels for all types of equipment daily; reports equipment problems to the equipment manager. Assists in the repair and maintenance of greens and fairways; grades and prepares soil base and installs new sod. Excavates and back fills holes and trenches with hand tools as needed in the repair of irrigation components. Performs other golf course maintenance related duties as directed by their supervisor. Employment standards: Requires knowledge of methods and materials used in landscape maintenance work; Requires physical strength (lifting over 75 lbs), stamina and agility. We are a company that is headquartered in Florida for over 30 years. We have marketing campaigns in many cities and The City of Albuquerque is brand new to us! What I need is for someone to check up on the inventory we have in storage there, and report that information back to the corporate office. We have "Bahamas Vacation" official registration locations around the area in local Shopping malls. I need someone to stop by these locations, and make sure the registration stand is in good working order. In most cases they would just need a little TLC. Each locations registration stand should be: * Wiped down clean * Make sure there is a working pen attached to each stand * Make sure there are enough blank entry cards for the customers to fill out * Retrieve all the filled out entry cards from each location * Mail them to our corporate office in Florida An average day should not take more than 6 hours. I cannot express how important it is to us that you take pride in helping us out. That is why we are willing to pay around $20/hr for your assistance. The pay is $120/day plus full reimbursement for all of your expenses. This is by far the easiest $120/day you will ever make. 1 day a week....approximately 6 hours a day or until the job is finished. We will pay you your daily wage of $120 plus all your expenses each and every day, you do not have to wait until Friday like most jobs!!!!!! This is a great opportunity and doing a great job can absolutely lead to further great income for you in the near future. A reliable vehicle, a smart phone or camera to take a picture of the location if requested and the ability to email a daily report of the accomplishments is a must.
