Our operation has expanded and now includes a large property with numerous bars, food trucks and a constant flow of commercial vehicles as well as tourist traffic. We are now hiring for a parking lot attendant / traffic flow supervisor who can ensure all commercial traffic flows safely through the property as well as other personal vehicles. This position will have numerous responsibilities including traffic flow, safety of guest on the property, management of parking of commercial and personal vehicles as well as other task as needed to ensure good traffic flow and safety of guest on the property.

Overview: The Floor Manager is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the Quik Dog floor team to deliver consistent, exceptional hospitality. This role balances daily operational execution with long-term staff development and guest satisfaction. The Floor Manager supports the GM in maintaining service standards, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen, and fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture. Schedule: This is a full-time, salaried position. The Floor Manager is expected to work five consecutive shifts per week, with regular evening and weekend commitments. Flexibility is required during openings, special events, and periods of high volume. Key Responsibilities: Culture & Leadership - Lead by example in warmth, professionalism, and hospitality - Maintain team morale and a positive, supportive work environment. - Provide mentorship and coaching to floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and support roles. - Uphold company culture and values, ensuring floor staff reflect them in every guest interaction. Hospitality & Service - Oversee daily service operations, ensuring standards are met and exceeded. - Act as floor leader during shifts, addressing guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. - Observe service regularly, giving real-time feedback and recognition to staff. - Coordinate with the GM and kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service. Operations - Assist GM with scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs. - Oversee cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the floor and bar areas. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. - Monitor POS systems and ensure accuracy in reporting, comps, and discounts. Finance & Administration - Support GM in controlling operating costs (smallwares, uniforms, supplies). - Ensure accurate cash handling and tip-out procedures. - Track and minimize waste, manage comps, and review labor against budget. Staff Management - Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for floor staff. - Document and address disciplinary issues in collaboration with GM and CPO. - Recognize and reward strong performance, while developing growth paths for staff. Guest Experience & Community - Build relationships with regulars and neighbors, ensuring Quik Dog is a welcoming community hub. - Monitor and respond to guest feedback (in person and online platforms). - Support neighborhood and community engagement initiatives.
