Best Western Plus Inn of Hayward currently has an opening for a Full Time front desk agent. Looking for a very reliable candidate who is detail oriented and good with numbers. Must be avail for afternoon shifts and weekends. Those with previous hotel front desk position will be given preference. Great customer service skills required. You must have reliable transportation to work.. Qualifications and Skills Uses persuasive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. Experience with credit card transactions and cash handling preferred. Must be detailed oriented Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required Must have the means to get to work on time Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
