ShareBeau Jo's Pizza is looking for a salaried Assistant Manager for our Arvada location. We are one of Colorado's landmark restaurant chains and have an outstanding reputation in the Colorado community. Running any of our restaurants requires an enthusiastic, outgoing and dynamic team of managers who oversee up to one-hundred employees, with as many as sixty staff members working at one time. We thrive on serving the state's best and most original pizza while giving service comparable to most fine-dining establishments to keep our guests coming back time and time again. If you're up to the challenge and fit the requirements below, please send us your resume via e-mail! - Must be 21 years of age or older - Must have at least 2 years of full-service dining experience (NOT including quick service or fast food) - Management experience or relevant education is a plus - Experience in a pizza restaurant is a plus - Must be proficient on Windows-based computers (fully proficient Microsoft Word & Excel, able to type 30+ words per minute) - Must have open availability on weekends & nights - Position will be mixed mornings starting at 8 AM and nights ending before midnight - Available at least 50 hours/week (occasionally more during high volume weeks) - Must have reliable transportation(preferably your own car) and a valid driver's license - Position is fast-paced, upbeat and sometimes physically strenuous, must be able to be on your feet for 10+ hours at a time - Must be very outgoing and sociable and able to remain calm in tense situations; customer service and a positive attitude is the name of the game! - Competitive pay (salary) negotiable depending on experience supplemented by performance driven bonus program for managers - Full health/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, 401k, paid vacation Apply @ BeauJo's.com
