Main duties include assisting veterinarian in restraining animals for treatments, obtaining diagnostic samples for patient testing, communicating with owners on the phone and in person about patient medical history and treatment plans. General cleaning including surgical instruments, laundry, sweeping and mopping. Compensation will reflect work history and knowledge base in the veterinary field.
