Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC machining centers, as well as manual lathe and milling centers. The ideal candidate will adjust tool and fixture offsets to achieve documented material tolerances, interpret work instructions and product/component drawings, and use precision measuring equipment to ensure parts meet engineering specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years machining experience in moderate to high volume production environments. Experience in setting up, operating, and adjusting both manual and CNC lathe machining. Ability to inspect parts using micrometers, gage pins, thread gages, digital/analog indicators, surface plates, calipers, and other tools. Ability to read and comprehend production Bill of Materials and production orders. Team player, professional, driven to first-time accuracy, and able to work under pressure. Work Environment This position requires working the 3rd shift OR the 1st shift. The work environment includes the use of advanced CNC machining technology and requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
