Title: Senior Service Technician – Fire Life Safety & Security Systems Location: San Diego, CA About the Role: A well-established fire life safety and security systems integrator is seeking a Senior Service Technician in San Diego. This position involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing low-voltage systems in commercial and secure environments, including hospitals, schools, and high-rise buildings. Responsibilities: Respond to service calls for fire alarm, nurse call, access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues. Repair or replace faulty components. Provide technical support and training to end users. Maintain accurate service records. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with systems such as EST3, Lenel, and Ascom. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends. Must meet vaccination requirements for hospital work. Physical Requirements: Drive up to 2+ hours/day. Work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions. Lift up to 20 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces. Stand/sit for extended periods. We are a busy construction and remodeling company looking to hire someone who has at least 5 years of experience in construction. Must speak some english, be in good shape and capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. Must be a US Citizen, possess a valid Social Security number and have reliable transportation. Must have some basic knowledge and experience in construction like how to measure and cut lumber accurately, work with different types of power and hand tools and be able to work on ladders. There will be times when you will be asked to do physical demo work and carry heavy construction materials. You will also be working with an experienced foreman as his helper doing, carpentry, framing, electrical, drywall, etc. Must be motivated to come to work 5 days a week starting at 7:30am and be on time with no excuses. We have jobs all over San Diego County including Poway, La Jolla and Carlsbad. When you reply, list your experience and skills in construction so we can see what your experience level is.
