We are a small family company looking for hard workers that are not afraid of long hours. We are needing general labor for our outdoor harvest over the next few months. Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

We are looking to hire 7 to 9 gutter cleaners. Our busiest time of year is about to begin, there will be overtime with Saturdays available. This a W2 position. No experience needed. Looking for a hard worker who likes to be outside, and can be on there feet all day We have multiple commercial properties we take care of, and we need someone to drive from property to property to pick up loose trash in the landscape beds, parking lots etc We are looking for someone who is self motivated, some one with attention to detail, and someone who can work in the summer heat, cold of winter etc. NOTE: This is a year round job, but during winter you would also be required to help do snow removal, working with our other crews shoveling snow.
