Sandwich Maker/Cashier – Comfort Bagel (Westfield Location) (Westfield)

At Comfort Bagel, our mission is to make the best bagels and bagel sandwiches in Western Massachusetts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're currently hiring cashier/sandwich makers for our Westfield location. We're looking for team members who are flexible, fast on their feet, and able to pivot between front-of-house and kitchen responsibilities depending on the needs of the day. This is a great position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes interacting with people, and wants to be part of a supportive and hardworking team. Position Details: * Schedule: Monday through Friday * Shift options: 6:00am–2:30pm or 6:30am–3:00pm * Pay: $16 per hour plus tips with 30 minute break (unpaid but we provide food) What you’ll be doing: * Taking customer orders using our Toast POS system * Packing to-go orders quickly and accurately * Prepping ingredients and building delicious bagel sandwiches * Making and serving coffee * Whipping and packaging cream cheese * Washing dishes and keeping the workspace clean and organized * Performing daily cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces We’re looking for people who: * Have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking with customers * Are fast learners who can pick up new skills quickly * Stay calm and work efficiently under pressure * Are dependable and show up on time * Have reliable transportation to and from work We’re happy to train the right candidates — experience is great, but attitude and work ethic matter more.
