Here's some examples below: · Sell 30 Super Greens, you'll make $90 in commission · Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll make $60 in commission · Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll make $15 in commission Sales Promoter Responsibilities: · Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers. · Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco. · Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo. · Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds · Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift. · Ability to stand for extended stretches of time. · Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location. Qualifications: • Have at least 1 year of previous experience in property management • Are team player, able to multi-task, and handle uncomfortable conversations • Strong organizational and communication skills • Are punctual with a great attendance record • Experience with computers, internet and Microsoft office software. Yardi and On-Site experience is a plus • May be required to fill in at sister properties.
