Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Spray Technician to join our team. The Spray Technician will work closely with our IPM Manager and Horticulture Manager to understand our clients needs and provide effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform outdoor pest control treatments at residential properties - Inspect lawn, ornamentals, and turf for signs of pests and identify the type of infestation - Determine the appropriate treatment method and apply pesticides or other pest control measures - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork Skills/Requirements: - Knowledge of pest control techniques and products - Familiarity with lawn care best practices - Ability to drive to different locations and navigate using GPS - Proficiency in operating power tools and spray equipment - Short grass/Golf grass experience preferred but not required - Experience in integrated pest management - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required - Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards.
