Looking for an auto body paint technician who is proficient in the following skills: -Proper primer application. -Proper vehicle prep, pre paint. -Proper color matching. -Proper paint/clear coat application and blending. -Proper sand and buff. We are a low volume shop, and emphasize on quality repairs, therefore we do not want quick work but quality work! Technician must keep his/her paint station super organized and clean. They must have experience and knowledge of how to walk up ladders, walking on roofs and using proper equipment necessary for the job.
