Description

We are looking for a responsible, caring, punctual, reliable and detail-oriented nanny/housekeeper with good English communication skills to join our family long-term. Position Details: • Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (possible Friday nights and Saturday nights additional hours also on as needed basis) • Childcare: Provide attentive care for our 19-month-old toddler, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Preparing breakfast, lunch and snacks. Going for walks, playground etc. • Household Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized home, including: • Kitchen upkeep (dishes, counters, general cleaning) • Bedrooms (tidying, changing linens) • Bathrooms (sanitizing and maintaining) • Laundry (washing, folding, putting away) • General housekeeping to keep the home neat and welcoming • Additional Availability: Overtime work is available on weeknights and weekends if desired (not required). • Housing: This is not a live-in position. • Feed dogs in morning. Qualifications: • Must have good English communication skills (spoken and understood) • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Prior experience caring for toddlers • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and balance childcare with household duties • Reliable, trustworthy, and seeking a long-term position If you are experienced with young children and housekeeping and have good English skills and have reliable transportation, we’d love to hear from you.

Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required. 6. Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and works with Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines. 7. Assists Community Manager in developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital expenses. 8. Completes monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual. 9. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment. 10. Conducts regularly scheduled Company safety meetings, ensure all MSDS sheets are current and readily accessible, and keeps up to date on all OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements to ensure property compliance. 11. Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions from your team and residents, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.
