Family of Companies is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our town home rental complexes in SAVAGE, MN. *** APPLY ONLINE at https://marytinc.com/careers *** Compensation: $25 Per hour Employment Type: Full-time Job Title: Maintenance Technician The Position: As a Maintenance Technician you will assess needs and work orders for proper responses at assigned homes, programs, and properties. Follow-up by fixing the problems through maintenance skills or outside resources when appropriate. Having experience in the trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting is preferred. You will be given a company phone and company vehicle to use during your working hours. Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday (daytime hours) and on-call (every 9th week). $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications 3 Weeks PTO Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, HSA, and more 401(k) with Employer Match Annual Merit Increases Daily Pay Option Available Requirements: Minimum of 2 years hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience in a multi-housing setting REQUIRED Ability to work independently without direct supervision Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record Basic computer skills Must pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
