Northern Clean LLC is a small (4-employee) family-run cleaning company - and we're expanding our team for the first time! We've been in business since 2023, and we're a women-owned and run company. We take pride in paying employees a livable wage, offering flexibility, and providing affordable and top-notch cleaning services to our clients. We serve clients from Stanchfield, MN, all the way to the Twin Cities. Job Overview We're now hiring 1-2 part-time Residential Cleaner positions for professionals. Requirements: - A reliable smartphone with a data plan. - Reliable car with current and active insurance. - A valid driver's license. - Always have the safety of yourself and our clients in mind. - Ability to pass a background check, with no criminal record or drug use. - Preferably, does not use tobacco. - Preferably, would be willing to carry personal injury insurance. Responsibilities: - Complete on-the-job training at the majority of the properties we service (currently 25-30 clients) - Perform thorough picking up/cleaning of residential and commercial spaces - Manage and maintain the cleanliness and care of inventory and supplies. - Work with management on pickup/dropoff of cleaning towels and replenishment of supplies. - Clock in and out of jobs while at the property you are serving - Complete checklists for each property - Log work notes for cleanings that take longer than expected or any issues that occurred. - Monitor schedule changes and time off within the team application. - Arrive at residences and businesses promptly on time with supplies ready to go. - Utilize and maintain tools and equipment provided by Northern Clean. Example, vacuums must be cleaned out between each residence and filter must be replaced; Dirty Cleaning Towels are not transferred or used between multiple properties; etc. - Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to promote a healthy environment. Example: Dirty cleaning towels are not transferred or used between multiple properties; clean top to bottom and change out gloves when needed; do not stand on chairs or climb shelves; etc. Skills: - Proven experience in cleaning roles such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services. (Airbnb/hotel cleaning is a plus). - Basic tech skills - you'll use an app to navigate to properties, leave work notes, and clock in and out of jobs. - Strong work ethic. - Willingness to train others, occasionally. - Ability to prioritize. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with peers and clients in a friendly, patient, and kind manner. - Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Openness to feedback - we take our clients' concerns seriously AND we back each other up and stand behind our work.
