Qualifications: -MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!! -Possess strong work ethics and excellent attendance history. -Capable of following dealership processes 100% of the time. -Establish rapport and trust with customers. -Being able to patiently listen to customers and ask probing questions to help diagnose their main concern. -Communicate well with Technicians and other dealership departments, working as a TEAM. -Offer additional maintenance and repair services based on the year and mileage of the customer's vehicle. -Strong organizational skills, detail orientated and process accurate work. -Ideal candidate must always possess a professional and positive manner and appearance. Must be computer and email literate, comfortable, and speedy utilizing windows-based applications and typing. CDK experience is a plus but not required.
