Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager/Customer Service representative located in Chicago, IL. The primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain relationships. Qualifications • Strong customer service and account management skills-minimum 1 year experiance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Previous experience with glass or architectural product sales

Prior self-storage experience is not required, although management of an apartment complex or hotel, strong computer and internet skills are all considered a plus.
